I provide therapy to women and their partners on fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Life is a journey filled with events and experiences, and sometimes challenges. There is joy, but also hurt and sadness. The process of therapy is about finding hope and realizing your own potential within the journey. I create a safe space for individuals and couples to share, grow, heal, recover and maintain a healthy sense of self and wellbeing after major life transitions and emotional complications during the perinatal period. I have a wealth of experience and expertise in women's issues across the life span, encompassing training in grief, crisis and trauma. I have presented at national conferences and locally on the topic of perinatal mental health and mindfulness and motherhood.
I also provide consultations & workshops to agencies, organizations and local providers (OB/GYN, Midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, psychiatrists, pediatricians, chiropractors, general practitioners etc.) to build awareness, knowledge and provide resources on Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. Please contact if you would like resources or a workshop for your practice.
