Offering Telehealth Services
Seeking therapy takes courage. Being open and vulnerable can be a monumental step, and finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. If you decide that therapy is right for you, I can guide you on your journey of self-discovery and help you attain the peace that you seek.
I create a safe space for individuals and couples to share, grow and heal. I will guide you through the complexities of individual conflict and pain, and help you resolve relational struggles. Together we can build a relationship based on openness, understanding, and trust, and free of all judgment. I will walk with you to help you discover the tools you need to acknowledge and share your pain, and help you find the peace that allows you to move forward in a healthy way.

As a specialist in Reproductive and Maternal Mental Health, I provide therapy for women and their partners suffering from postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth.
