Offering Telehealth Services

Seeking therapy takes courage. Being open and vulnerable can be a monumental step, and finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. If you decide that therapy is right for you, I can guide you on your journey of self-discovery and help you attain the peace that you seek.

I create a safe space for individuals and couples to share, grow and heal. I will guide you through the complexities of individual conflict and pain, and help you resolve relational struggles. Together we can build a relationship based on openness, understanding, and trust, and free of all judgment. I will walk with you to help you discover the tools you need to acknowledge and share your pain, and help you find the peace that allows you to move forward in a healthy way.

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, I specialize in perinatal grief and loss (miscarriage, stillbirth or other neonatal loss), fertility challenges, and pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I also specialize in psychological evaluations for egg donors, gestational carriers and surrogates, and I provide psychological consultations for intended parents.

Apart from my specialties in perinatal mental health and third party reproduction, I am also a generalist Psychologist. I have helped clients with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and personal growth and enrichment.

As a specialist in Reproductive and Maternal Mental Health, I provide therapy for women and their partners suffering from postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth. I work with those in need of couples counseling to help mend or strengthen their relationships. By fostering a relationship of trust and insight, I will help you create a strong sense of self and lay a solid foundation for the future.
